Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONCRETING OF 0.095KM FARM TO MARKET ROAD ALONG P-1 BRGY. MAUSWAGON
The Local Government Unit of Laguindingan, through the Tobacco Excise Tax Fund intends to apply the sum of One million one hundred eighty five thousand sixty two 54/100 pesos (1,185,062.54) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of 0.095KM farm to market road along p-1 Brgy. Mauswagon (Solicitation No. 2025-02-07-020, PhilGEPS reference no: 11740297). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Laguindingan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 60 calendar days completion date. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
