1. The DPWH-NCR-Metro Manila 3rd District Engineering Office, through GAA, intends to apply the sum of Php 4,869,524.72 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CID No. 25OD0296 - Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Building (Covered Court), Phoenix Cielito, Barangay 177, Caloocan City Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
