1. The DPWH-NCR-Metro Manila 3rd District Engineering Office, through GAA, intends to apply the sum of Php 19,597,901.53 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CID No. 25OD0293 - Construction of Roads and Drainage Systems along North Diversion Road (NDR), Caloocan City (Phase 2) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DPWH-NCR-Metro Manila 3rd District Engineering Office, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites bids for the following hereunder Works;
