SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PHOTOGRAPHIC AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
ITB NO. BS-003-2025
1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Five Pesos and 72/100 (Php 2,211,945.72) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Photographic and/or Video Equipment Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
a. The NIA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to Supply and Delivery of Photographic and/or Video Equipment. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
