(Early Procurement Activity)
1. The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), using a Single Year Framework Agreement, through the General Appropriations Act FY2025 intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTEEN PESOS AND 00/100 (Php6,184,815.00) ONLY being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
2. The Philippine General Hospital now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Medical Oxygen & Other Gases for One (1) Year (Single Year Framework Agreement). Delivery of the Goods is within the period stated in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements.
