Supply and Delivery of Cadaver Bag - One (1) Year Contract (Single Year Framework Agreement)
(Early Procurement Activity)
1. The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), using a Single Year Framework Agreement, through the General Appropriations Act FY2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS AND 00/100 (Php2,258,120.00) ONLY being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
2. The Philippine General Hospital now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Cadaver Bag - One (1) Year Contract (Single Year Framework Agreement). Delivery of the Goods is within the period stated in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
