Supply and Delivery of Various Contrast Media Supplies for One (1) Year (Single Year Framework Agreement)
(Early Procurement Activity)
1. The University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH), using a Single Year Framework Agreement, through the PGH Revolving Fund 184 intends to apply the sum of SIXTY ONE MILLION TWENTY SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY TWO PESOS AND 88/100 (Php61,026,442.88) ONLY being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
2. The Philippine General Hospital now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Various Contrast Media Supplies for One (1) Year (Single Year Framework Agreement) (Early Procurement Activity). Delivery of the Goods is within the period stated in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements.
