INVITATION TO BID FOR the
ADDITIONAL WORKS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL TRANSFER STATION
1. The Municipality of Balagtas, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos and 97/100 (P 4,964,688.97) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ADDITIONAL WORKS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL TRANSFER STATION (AITS 01-01-2025) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Balagtas now invites bids for the above ADDITIONAL WORKS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL TRANSFER STATION (AITS 01-01-2025) Delivery of the Goods is required by 75 working days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders.
