1. The City Government of Pasay, through the 5% LDRRMF CY2024 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 750,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Accommodation and Conference Package for the Integrated Planning Training Course on Incident Command System (ICS) for School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Pasay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within the Activity Date upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
