UPGRADING/IMPROVEMENT OF UPPER BALANGUBONG FTMR

1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the 2025 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Forty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Nine Pesos & Eleven Centavos (₱2,445,829.11) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Upgrading/Improvement of Upper Balangubong FTMR, Located at Watwat, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya (8000-1-1-16-003-455). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
