The DPWH-Lower Kalinga District Engineering Office, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of PhP 5,940,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25PL0070 - Convergence and Special Support Program - Basic Infrastructure Program (BIP) - Access Roads and/or Bridges from the National Roads connecting to Indigenous People (IP) Communities - Construction of Road, San Pedro, Santor Access Road, Barangay San Pedro and Barangay Santor, Rizal, Kalinga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
