The Department of Public Works and Highways Surigao del Sur 1st District Engineering Office, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱13,553,400.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Median / Center Island along Surigao - Davao Coastal Rd. K1298 + 396 - K1302 + 696 - 25NH0092. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
