Invitation to Bid for
25MD0053 - Construction of Multi-Purpose Building, Barangay Abaga, Libungan, North Cotabato
1. The DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND HIGHWAYS- COTABATO 1ST DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE, through the CY 2025 Regular Infrastructure intends to apply the sum of PhP4,950,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for 25MD0053 - Construction of Multi-Purpose Building, Barangay Abaga, Libungan, North Cotabato. Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND HIGHWAYS-COTABATO 1ST DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 150 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
