1.The Department of Public Works and Highways, Zamboanga del Norte 2nd District
Engineering Office, through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (RA 12116)
intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Seventy Pesos (Php
2,970,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for 25JC0090: Completion of Multi - Purpose Building (Covered
Court) Sitio Labaloran, Brgy. Imelda, Sindangan, Zamboanga Del Norte. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Department of Public Works and Highways, Zamboanga del Norte 2nd District Engineering Office now invites bids for the hereunder Procurement Project.
