1. The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office VI through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Php 41,894,631.50 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 25GP0050 - Construction of River Control along Panay River Basin, Barangay Poblacion Ilawod (Upstream of Guinotos Overflow), Dumarao, Capiz. Bids received in the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
