1. The Department of Public Works and Highways Bacolod City District Engineering Office through the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (M.O.O.E) intends to apply the sum of One Million Eighty One Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (Php 1,081,960.00 ) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 25GGO02 - Supply of Regulatory and Warning Signages along National Roads and Bridges by the Maintenance Section, DPWH- Bacolod City District Engineering Office ( P.R. No. 2025-03-0012).. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
