The DPWH Camarines Sur 1st District Engineering Office, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) CY - 2025 intends to apply the sum of Forty Eight Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy and 10/100 (Php 48,999,970.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of DPWH Camarines Sur 1st DEO Motorpool, Ragay, Camarines Sur/25FD0031. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
