1. The DPWH - Southern Mindoro District Engineering Office, through GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of PhP 19,800,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Sustainable Infrastructure Projects Alleviating Gaps (SIPAG)-Construction of Road, Ogbot-Dayhagan Road, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro/25EI0158. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DPWH - Southern Mindoro District Engineering Office through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works:
