1. The DPWH, Nueva Ecija 1st District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2025
intends to apply the sum of Php96,500,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25CE0193
Construction of Flood Control Structure along Ilog Baliwag River, Barangay Catalanacan, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DPWH, Nueva Ecija 1st District Engineering Office through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works:
