The DPWH Pangasinan 1st District Engineering, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php96,500,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Flood Management Program - Construction/ Rehabilitation of Flood Mitigation Facilities within Major River Basins and Principal Rivers- Construction of Slope Protection Structure along Nayom River, Segment A, Barangay Potol, Infanta, Pangasinan with Contract ID 25AG0157. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
