1. The Department of Public Works and Highways LA UNION SECOND DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE, through the NEP 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 14,151,746.22 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BASIC INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM (BIP) - CONSTRUCTION OF BRIDGE, BRGY. POBLACION, ROSARIO, LA UNION with Contract ID: 25AF0083. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
