1. The DPWH-Ilocos Sur 1st District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php7,920,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract No. 25AC0059 - CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING, BARANGAY SAGAYADEN SUR, CABUGAO, ILOCOS SUR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DPWH-Ilocos Sur 1st District Engineering Office through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works:
