Description : 1. The Department of Public Works and Highways-Regional Office I, through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 9,532,270.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Road Widening - Primary Roads, Manila North Rd - K0485 + (-088) - K0485 + 462 with Contract ID No. 25A00512. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Public Works and Highways-Regional Office I, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 79 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Prospective Bidders should be (1) registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) with PCAB LICENSE Category of at least C & D.
