The Local Government Unit of Alamada, through the DRMM-5-02-03-090 intends to apply the sum of P 150,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 25-04-375 Purchase of Other Supplies for Stockpiling of Food and Non-Food program, Alamada, Cotabato.
1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
