INVITATION TO BID FOR: 25-02-133 Purchase of Fuels for PNP operations for 1st qrtr. CY 2025, Alamada, Cotabato
The Local Government Unit of Alamada, through the 1011/7611-5-02-03-090 intends to apply the sum of P 279,960.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 25-02-133 Purchase of Fuels for PNP operations for 1st qrtr. CY 2025, Alamada, Cotabato.
1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Alamada now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 40 days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
