    1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (Davao City District Engineering Office),through the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) intends to apply the sum of Php 3,635,919.46 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 24GLB0249 (PR No: 11-254-
    2024). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
    2. The Department of Public Works and Highways (Davao City District Engineering Office) nowinvites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 C.D. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
