The DPWH-ZN 4th District Engineering Office, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte, through the FY 2024 GAA R.A. 11975 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos Only (Php 6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24GJJ0067 - PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT TO BE USED FOR PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION OF NATIONAL ROADS AND BRIDGES OF THIS OFFICE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
