1. The Department of Public Works and Highways LA UNION SECOND DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE, through the EAO 2024 intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINETY-FOUR AND 48/100 PESOS ONLY (Php 9,998,094.48) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY/INSTALLATION OF REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS NATIONAL ROADS WITHIN LA UNION SECOND ENGINEERING DISTRICT (SUPPLY/PURCHASE OF ROAD SAFETY DEVICES), with Contract ID 24GAF0014. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
