1. The DPWH - Southern Mindoro District Engineering Office, through GAA 2024 intends to apply the sum of PhP 5,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair/Maintenance of Damaged Slope Protection along CSR K0161+000-K0161+160, Mansalay, Oriental Mindoro/24EI0145. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
