1. The DPWH, Nueva Ecija 1st District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2024 (UA)
intends to apply the sum of Php1,930,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24CE0364
Construction (Completion) of Drainage Structure, Barangay San Jose, Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DPWH, Nueva Ecija 1st District Engineering Office through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works:
