CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF STREETLIGHTS AT COASTAL ROAD
Barangay Balete, Bayabas, Surigao del Sur
1. The Municipality of Bayabas, through the 2024 Supplemental Annual Investment Program No. 07 intends to apply the sum of One Million, Two Hundred Eleven Thousand, Fourteen Pesos and 58/100 (P1,211,014.58) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2025 MB-001 Construction and Installation of Streetlights at Coastal Road, Brgy. Balete, Bayabas, Surigao del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Bayabas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for the period of Seventy-Five (75) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
