1.The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM), through authorized use of funds under GAA as part of the Early Procurement Activities (EPA) for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN PESOS ONLY (P1,518,000.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project: 2 LOTS: PROVISION OF INFECTIOUS WASTE TRANSPORT SERVICES, AND HAULING AND DISPOSAL OF GENERAL WASTE FOR CY 2025 with reference no.: BAC-IB no.: 2024-156. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The RITM-BAC now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement Projects. Delivery of the Goods shall be based on Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) indicated in the Philippine Bidding Documents (PBD).
